Jose Martinez-Cuevas, left, and Patricia Aguilar has filed a class action lawsuit against DeRuyter Brothers Dairy in Outlook, claiming that it was not given mandatory rest breaks, meal periods or overtime pay despite working nine to 12 hours a day, six days a week.
